Flags will be lowered from sunrise until noon, and then raised promptly to full-staff for the remainder of the day.
The event will honor those who died protecting the nation, as well as Veterans who passed away during the pandemic.
The Utah Department of Veterans & Military Affairs is calling for friends and family members to help identify Utah veterans who have passed away since March 2020.
