During the ongoing novel coronavirus outbreak, the safety and health of Utah’s Veterans and military community is the Utah Department of Veterans & Military Affairs’ highest priority.
As a result, we are taking several proactive steps based on recommendations from the CDC, Utah COVID-19 Task Force and other government officials that will impact our office’s daily services to Veterans, service members and their families.
Temporary phone number
The Department’s office located at 550 Foothill Drive Suite 105, will be closed to the public until further notice. To contact our department, please use the phone number (385) 272-8852 or email us at email@example.com.

To safeguard Veterans and our employees, our offices are currently closed to the public.
However, the department will still be working remotely to support Utah’s Veterans and military community, and will be answering phones at (385) 272-8852 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
All claims assistance will be remote or virtual until further notice.
UDVMA offers free claims assistance for Veterans and families that covers all federal, state and local veterans’ programs. The veteran service officers are trained and accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
We will continue to offer this service to Veterans, service members and their families using Zoom, a remote conferencing tool. However, we will not take walk-in appointments or in-person meetings at this time unless by exception on an individual basis.
If you already have a scheduled appointment, a veteran service officer will reach out to you to set up a virtual claims meeting.
