David joined UDVMA in 2016 and serves as Director of the State Approving Agency for Veterans Education (SAA). In his role, David directs, manages and supervises all activities of the congressional mandated SAA for the State of Utah, which oversees multiple aspects of Veterans educational training. He has a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in psychology and completed a Masters of Business Administration.
David served 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps with deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is proud of his service and is grateful for the opportunity to work with Veterans, service members, and their families.
