VETERANS DAY EVENTS
On Veterans Day and Veterans Day Weekend, communities across the state will join Americans around the world in recognizing the men and women who have sacrificed in service to our country. The Utah Department of Veterans & Military Affairs invites you to join us to pay respect to veterans at events and ceremonies across Utah.

Below you will find a list of ceremonies, concerts and parades that planned throughout the state to honor veterans, service members and families. Special events to celebrate Veterans Day run Thursday, Nov. 8 through Monday, Nov. 11.
This list is not all-inclusive, and events are subject to change.

A ‘Veterans Honors Ceremony’ will be held at the Vietnam Memorial Wall Replica site following the parade.

American Festival Chorus and Orchestra
A Veterans Day Memorial

Join with AFC and the USU Symphony Orchestra for this popular annual concert celebrating the indomitable spirit of U.S. military service men and women.

Utah State University Veterans Events
There will be several events throughout the day. A remembrance roll call will be held all day, just south of the Taggart student center. A moment of silence will be held at noon with guest speakers in the Taggart student center Starburst Lounge. At 7 p.m. a showing of “No Greater Love” will be held in the Eccles Conference Center with Guest Speaker Justin Roberts. For more information visit https://veterans.usu.edu/.

64th Annual Veterans Day Concert

This concert features the theme, ‘D-Day’ Commemorating 75 Years and will feature stirring patriotic pieces coupled with videos from World War II honoring some of our nation’s heroes. Governor Herbert will conduct the last musical number “Stars and Stripes.”
