Breathwork & Reiki for Veterans

The Battlin’ Betties are hosting a free breathwork session for Veterans only. This event is a guided meditation with breath, to help get you out of your head and into your body. This is a proven method to release trauma that is stored in your body, in a safe space without judgment. This is an opportunity to connect with your brothers and sisters in arms and share the camaraderie you may have missed since your service.
