Bringing War Home Roadshow

Join us at the Dan Gyllenskog Veteran’s Resource Center in North Logan, Utah, for the ‘Bringing War Home’ Roadshow on April 13, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This event provides an opportunity for students and volunteers to document and preserve significant items from veterans and their families. The collected artifacts and accompanying narratives will be archived with USU libraries, contributing to a digital archive accessible to students, educators, and future generations. Collaborating with Utah Public Radio, we aim to record family stories to understand the enduring impact of war. Through USU Digital Initiatives, we will create an interactive digital archive and exhibition titled “Effects of War: Stories and Objects from Utah,” enabling public engagement with these vital historical resources.
